Am I 10 man Naxx Tankable?

Right, so I all the time spent running heroics and buying stuff with emblem, I believe my tank gear can't get any better (aside from the AN trink, which is a pain in itself to get) and am just wondering if you think my

I startet too tank naxx 10 in lesser gear then what your have so as long as you know what your doing i see no problem
