I have tanked H VH several times, but yesterday I kept loosing aggro to a DK DPS. I have other trouble with loosing DPS to DK's. Is there something specific that a DK has to draw aggro?

Do you have Omen or anther threat mod? was it only the DK that was close to you in Threat or everyone.

If it was only the DK it is likely he had Frost Presence on, which is the DK equivalent of Righteous Fury.

If it was everyone then you may need to look at your rotation etc. Are you doing the 96969 rotation? There are some excellent guides here about rotation gear etc.

This usually ask them to turn it off as said its like you dps'ing ret with RF turned on.

DK's have a talent called subversion which reduces their threat by 25% while in blood or unholy presence. I have seen some new dps specs since 3.2 that don't include this talent.

Take into account that now there are a bunch of naxx geared 80's wanting Conquests now.

Need more context to analyze. See if you can get some Recount or better still, WWS numbers. Need to know your DPS and the DK's DPS.
