Pound

Regarding the pound, you do want to run through her. Backing up can sometimes not get you away fast enough and going to the side can get your teammates pounded.

IMO, this fight is about discipline. Your group needs to know when to start DPS'ing during add phases. The first phase is cake, but number 2 & 3 require some discipline. Something about TBC made us lazy where we feel like actually focus firing a mob or having to interrupt on a non boss is beneath well geared players. That attitude in this instance will get you smushed until your gear gets really good.

Make sure you save your cooldowns for AOE attacks for the adds (Im a warrior tank) and the tank can completely stunlock one of the poison spiders. The other one can be CC'd or even zerged if you lack the proper class. Tell DPS to stop attacking in add phases until you get a hold of the situation and get to the poison spiders asap and you should be fine.

And never let yourself get pounded!

So I ran this a few times over the week (finally got that trinket, now just trying for the belt).

I can say for sure that the best thing to avoid the pound is to just run through. As for the adds, it's going to depend on your group. You need very strong focus fire. Tell them to leave off the AoE and only kill the adds that are coming down the stairs.

I make my group stack up at the bottom of the stairs so that the randoms coming in from the sides will come in close to me and I won't be jumping all over the place.
