I came across this thread, and that macro is awesome, but it won't work for Fulgore. He's a crust burster, and they aren't targetable while underground. I ran across him and killed him quite a while ago. You can tell it's him though because the pieces of dirt that fly up when he's underground fly up quite a bit further than other crust bursters.

Some people aren't doing the achievements because they want some specific title or a tabard. Some just do it because they want to get as many as possible.

The hunter that I was telling you about is on the ally side and is still "selling" the achievement as of last night....not sure if this will still work after the patch today or not. He is a Dranei named Raykie

Check out an addon called "Silverdragon" (you can get it off curse.com). It will scan the area you are in and notify you if you have come across a rare spawn. You will have to be within visual range for the addon to detect to the rare, but it's worked out well for me. I've come across most of the rares in Icecrown and Storm Peaks while out farming minerals and herbs while using this addon.
