Is there a way to create a macro then will cast Vampiric Blood on yourself without having to click it?
I'm not very good with macros so I'm not sure if something like that would be possible.

Uhhhhh... well all macros are activated by clicking on a button of some sort (whether it be your mouse button or a keyboard button).

So..... I guess by question is how do you want to activate vampiric blood if not by clicking a button?

Oh, you mean like automatically casting it when you get to a certain health %.

No, you can't do that. That would fall under what Blizzard believes is having a macro that almost automatically plays the game for you--so they don't allow it.
