Just checking with the wealth of knowledge in the community for an answer to a few questions.

1) Can you change the color of the various texts in Pitbull4? If so how? They only seem to be in white and I cannot find the options to alter that.

2) Can you change text colors for Icehud? If so how? I want to change the text that displays the health/power and the % for each.

i looked around but didnt see any options to change text colors, so im gonna go with no and no.

Yes to pitbull, unless there's been some major change from 3 to 4: there should be some area where you can edit the lua responsible for your text output.

ICEHuD... dunno. I'm guessing not, but it's been a while since I've used it and it's apparently gone through several changes since then.

pitbull 4 is lighter and more simplistic than v3. all you can do to texts is font and size. if there is a color change option, its hidden...

Thanks for the replies. Theres a drop down menu in the Text tabs that allow you to use class colors which is what i wanted, so I got that sorted out.

One problem Im having though is I changed the raid frames to a grey bar with class color names and power bars and now when someone dies, nothing happens.



If they go offline the bar turns silver, which is good and what I would expect if someone were to die. But instead nothing happens.

I see a code box for the name and Im thinking if I can edit that script to show Dead that would work but I have no idea how to do it. Ive triple checked all the options for pitbull 4 but maybe I missed something.

So if anyones got a tip that would be great. Solving that issue is kinda holding my UI up right now.

Also with Icehud theres no option I can find to change text color, so Ill live with it.

Hey Bodasafa is what i am seeing in your screen shot only Pitbull could some one tell me the name of the addon that gives you more buttons like alt 1 crt 1 shift 1 and 1 and the addon you have for you hp bar the way you have your hp bar and stuff.

Boda - There should be a section on the left for colours where you can change the background colour.
Another option would be to put in somewhere in the texts some LUA relating to if they are dead show certain text, etc.
