General add on to remove blizzards mouse over box

Help,

I'm looking for an add-on that will move Blizzards standard mouse over information box. You know that one that pops up over your nicely redone UI on the right side about 3 inches from the bottom of your screen. Anyone know ?

I use TipTac myself. Rather like it.

try setting tiptac to the "tinytip" settings and then making all the tips bound to the mouse with a 40x offset and -40 y offset. best settings IMO
