Magic Rune?

Anyone having issues with this Addon? I downloaded the latest version (1.0.61) and yet it doesn't show up my screen at all when I load up the game. I went to Interface -> Addons and Magic Runes doesn't show up there at all. It's definitely in my Addons folder, but I don't see it.

I'm hoping maybe someone else has had the same issue and knows the solution!
