I was wondering if anyone knows an addon that will warn me when someone gets to 125% threat. I find that sometimes on hodir I have trouble taunting fast enough if our mage is standing to close and I cant watch omen 100% of the fight to catch him when he is pulling 12-16kdps.

I could second a request for a similar inverse Omen mod. I want to know when someone passes me not when I pass someone else. Since wrath hit I do get a "loosing threat" warning but that's a bit to "little" attention and as the OP, some fights require a lot attention with only swift glanses at the threat meeter that can shift relatively fast.
