/cast targettarget judgement

should do that without deselecting the MT.

or you could tag

/targetlasttarget on the end of it.

I am a tank not a healer but I find the set focus function in the UI useful for that sort of thing. I often set focus to other tanks target so I can see its health what its casting etc clearly on my screen even though I dont have it as my target.

I know healers often use it to watch what the boss is casting when they have the tank as there target.

/cast [target=targettarget]some funky spell

Don't know if it works without the brackets like previous poster suggested.
When healing is used this often on bosses that switch targets.
keep boss selected, boss picks a new target, press your macro.
like: "/cast [target=targettarget]healing wave
But it works with a focus also: focus the boss
/cast [target=focustarget]healing wave

/cast [target=targettarget] Judgement of Light
/targetlasttarget

Normally [target=XYZ] will not deselect your current target. Judgement however behaves oddly, in that even when using this type of macro it will make you select the boss as you cast judgement. If you press the button again though, it will go back to your last target.
