Does anybody know of an addon which allows you to configure nameplates (Shown by pressing V).
Specifically, would I would like to know, is if its possible to filter out some nameplates, and only show others. I would use this in the Thorim Arena encounter where I am only interested in the Champions. As you know, it gets amazingly hectic in there, and soon gets very hard to pull out the champions when there is a buildup of commoners etc.
I know Aloft used to be the one to use but i am unsure whether it allowed you to do this.
Any ideas? Or does it not exist?

Of those addons listen on that website, Aloft is probably the most customizable....
... having said that is also the most difficult to setup.

Several options, atrNameplates http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info13911-atrNameplates.html TidyPlates Tidy Plates : WoWInterface Downloads : Unit Mods uses theme modules
modifies the standard unit nameplates, making them a little bit cleaner. | NameplatesModifier Nameplates Modifier : WoWInterface Downloads : Graphic UI Mods
Nameplates Modifier is meant to be a simple, well nameplate modifier. This lets you do basic things, such as hiding the cast and health borders and the elite indicators, as well as changing the status bar texture, text settings of level/names/cast bars can be changed including font, font size, font outline, shadow and all that fun stuff. Includes text inside the health and cast bars, that lets you see things such as, time left, current health, etc etc etc. | Contemplate Contemplate : WoWInterface Downloads : Miscellaneous
Contemplate is a very simple AddOn designed to enable enemy nameplates automatically in combat and hide them when not. | |

Aloft has nice options for highlighting mobs which you have threat on, too, making them visually more obvious.

I like Aloft, but can not figure out how why changing settings doesn't do anything.
For example: I change the height of the health bar and the font size, but the nameplates still look the same. Reloading UI and restarting wow doesn't make it work either.
What am I doing wrong?

I honestly dont get it anymore. There are about 29 different "modules"
I wish to hell it would have "Tank" package "AOE/Healer" package.
I used to have a nice glow on mobs that i was close to losing threat on.
What I would really like is
1) Clear indication of a mob i have solid threat on ( no one at 90%+)
2) Mobs targeting other folks (in a perfect world I dont care about anyone targeting a Player on the MT list).
3) Losing threat warning/highlight
