Need a button bar while using the standard bars

Hi.

I rather like the standard blizzard bars. The only issude I have, is that I would like to put one bar need the center of the screen with some important buttons.

So I look for a mod, that leave the blizzard bars as they are, and allow to ADD more bars that are floating.

Does anyone knows about this kind of mod?
