Boda's UI 3.0

I dialed everything in for Wrath and came up with version 3.0. Its ready to raid with and I created a new look for the eepanels with some shared media.

I hope you guys like it, enjoy!

You can change the colors and skins of the backround and borders in the eepanels config. Do all your changes from "global settings" and you will change it all at once. I have all the panels named so you can go into each one and change them individually as well. Thats how I got the ones with the lions.

Just released a eepanels update for my UI, click the link in the OP and hit the big download button. Its not the whole UI just what you need to update the eepanels.

Ive tried several different layouts over the years and keep going back to this one, even if I start from scratch. With a 17" monitor it just makes the most use of the space and still gives me everything I need to see at a glance being a raid lead and a main tank.

Glad you liked it

I have the * on my number pad bound to "target self" (you can key bind this function to any key you want in the key binds section of the wow menu in game). Then in the target box above my main block of action bars it shows me. I right click on my name above the 3D model and select leave party. Works just as the default wow portrait does.

I just dont need a picture of myself out all the time, which is why its disabled from xpearl. I get to see my health, rage and my targets heath and mana thru the Archud2 ( ) on either side of my toon. Those hash marks that show health ect. only show up when your in combat. You can change the fade out options in the archud2 config menu, just click the minimap button. I have it set to 50% for out of combat (when I target something I can attack) and 75% for in combat.

I hope that explains it for ya.

Hey Boda, just wanted to mention (because I don't know how often you check comments at WoWUI) that the most recent download link there is only giving the download for EEPanel update rather than a download of your whole compilation.

Yes as per the instructions the main UI is the archived file, you need to download both.

I should be coming out with a new version that has a all in one download. Im taking my time before coming out with the new version to work out every little detail.

This next version should be my final one for a while. Look for it in the coming weeks.

Im also playing with a lot of shared media files to get the artwork looking better and easier on the eyes.

Heres a non combat preview.

Not sure what you mean exactly could you explain a little more? Is this a general question or about my UI?

Kinda, what I'm having problems is telling which mod controls showing debuff's you inflicted on an enemy. Being a frost DK we are pretty much reliant on this staying on mobs at all times so if the disease effect on at all times so if it runs out we are running 1/2 tps/dps. So anyway to get that debuff to show on monsters would be appreciated.

Well I use Elk Buff Bars. I make a new group and then select the focus to be my target, then I check debuffs. I am only concerned with the debuffs I apply to the boss, if it were raid wide, it would be a mile long. I believe there is a tutorial here on tankspot for Elk Buff Bars.

This group is located to the left of the 3D model target box in my UI. If you look at the OP there is a raid shot showing that. You will see sunder stacks, thunderclap, demo shout, and rend. For some reason I get other warriors rends on there at times, but Im not to concerned with that cause it dosent take up too much space.

Controls

I have been using the Boda UI for a few months now and for the most part have been very pleased. Some things just take a while to get use to.

I tried to do a daily quest today and had some trouble... the quest "That's Abominal" should give me control of a reanimated Hulking Abomination. I can reanimate..., but don't see any controls.

Please advise.
