I am looking for a add on that will give me a serperate rage bar that i can but right above my attack/spells so that I dont have to glimpse up i just what a nice little bar not to fond of the ones on the left of that character!

Any of the HUD addons give you a nice ( shaped rage bar thats pretty easy to see while tankng. IceHud seems to be one of the most popular.

Satrina had one called simply Rage. Not a bar, but just a text display of your rage amount. I have no idea if it still works in 3.0.

And lo and behold, it was just updated today but is being phased out in favor of a new one:
Digits : WoWInterface Downloads : Combat Mods

Much like Satrina, I get no benefit from bar or graph displays. I need a giant number on my screen and this mod is perfect for that.
