Nothing overly special to be honest, it's just been highly customized. The image is called uiprepatchis2.jpg so I assume this is pre 3.0.

The unit frames (and I believe the raid frames) are pitbull. I don't know the font, but it's the same font from Caith's UI. Again, just highly customized.

Omen has all the backgrounds and borders turned off. The background behind it is a panel created with eePanels. Same thing with the chat frames, the action bar, raid frames etc. Those bkg panels are all created with eePanels.

The action bars are Bartender with CyCircled for the glossy skins. CyCircled has been replaced with Button Facade however.

oRA2 for the MT frames. The "Raid Cooldowns" is also part of oRA2. Not sure about the raid target box as I don't use any addons like that. Buff bars are probably ElkBuffBars.

MiniMap is RicoMiniMap or Chinchilla. Nothing fancy. Just a square minimap with the border turned off, and an eePanel behind it. The clock/fps/latency below it... Ugh. I used to have this, but I can't remember what it's called for the life of me. Sorry.

The only things I'm unsure of are some of the icons on Fubar, and the bar between the player and target frames. It's not an action bar, so my best guess is some addon that's set up to monitor specific debuffs on the target. Any addon I know of that monitor's debuffs, well, the target has to have a debuff first before they appear.

Was once SLTimex I believe and is now known as SLDataText. SLDataText : WoWInterface Downloads : Other
It's pretty customizable.

Interesting mod, Edge, but that's not the one he's using in the screen. I'd remember the name if I saw (will try to dig it up) but in the meantime what you linked looks like it'll get the job done.

The SLDataText screenshots really look different, the SLTimex shots look more like the addon on the screenshot. (SLTimex 2.0 : WoWInterface Downloads : Outdated Mods

Either way, like you said, he will be able to set SLDataText to look like on the screenshot.

Yeah, that looks a lot closer to it. But I'm almost positive it wasn't SLTimex. Bah, I only used it for about a day anyway because I didn't need it.
