Edit^ the new auto embed appeared but it's a download not a video

I just tried it and went from ~300 ms to ~100 ms.

I just scanned it with McAfee and there are no viruses in it for anyone who's worried about it.

Interesting that actually works - it should have no effect anymore. In any case, that application can have repercussions in more than just WoW. An earlier discussion: Latency Reduction fix.

I wonder if someone screwed the pooch and disabled the Nagle fix in the WoW client.

My druid friend that always complains about his latency tried it and it brought his down to around 30ms at all times. I guess someone did disable it
