Macro Help

hoping somone can help me

i need a macro that will pop me into battle stance, rend the target and pop back to zerker stance. (if it is actually possible) this is what I have:

/cast [stance:3] Battle Stance; Rend
/cast [stance:1] Berserker Stance

for some reason, i seem to have to hit it 3-4 times to get back to zerker stance.

the second one, I want to pop into battle and overpower the target when the new talent Taste for Blood procs. I remember reading somewhere that you can make a macro show, let say overpower, and it will become active, i.e. not greyed, when overpower is available (if it is actually possible).

this is what I have:
#show Overpower
/cast [stance:3]Battle Stance;Overpower
/cast [stance:1]Berserker Stance

i am fairly new to macros and arms for that matter

thanks for any advice that is given

There's GCDs that are coming into play when you hit the macro.

What it does actually is try to fire of all of the commands at once. so there's no way you can hit just 1 button and make it fly, you gotta mash it to make it work, even the old fear break macro had to be hit 3 times.

LIkewise the 2nd macro will work if you want it to "simplify" your overpower button, it'll switch to battle stance, and overpower if you hit it twice, then switch you back to berserker, but it can't be a 1 hit macro.

I forget where I got this ... but it has served me well.

#showtooltip Overpower
/cast [stance:1] Overpower; Battle Stance
/cast [noequipped:Shields] Berserker Stance; [equipped:Shields] Defensive Stance

these should work better:

/castsequence [stance:1] Rend, Berserker Stance
/cast [stance:3] Battle Stance

#show Overpower
/castsequence [stance:1] Overpower, Berserker Stance
/cast [stance:3] Battle Stance
