What would I have to do to get this to work? It will still activate my flying mount but not my regular mount. Did the syntax change or something?

I'm pretty sure its /cast mount now instead of /use mount

Macro works fine for me with /cast.

Unfortunately from level 70-76 it doesn't work in outlands. It will always try and use your flying mount and fail, until you hit 77 and do the quest.

For the pally's out there.. it isn't Summon Warhorse anymore. It's just Warhorse.

Also has anyone else noticed you can stay mounted, sometimes on boats, in the bank/AH?

This was happening to me inconsistently last night. It was hard to tell if this is the new behavior or if was due to server load issues.

Sounds like server load to me. I find the higher my ping the longer I can stay mounted in the AH and bank. Sadly, I can usually fly up to the ledge in the Aldor bank long before I get dismounted

Just edit out the "reins" part of any mount.

Yeah this one tripped me up also, it seems w/ the patch Blizzard decided to drop the "Reins of the..." part. Here's a simple macro I use that mounts my netherdrake in Outlands and my brewfest ram else where, unless I press my right mouse button, the it uses the ram.

GoGomount has been updated to work with 3.0 and i love it.

I bind the mount to shift ~ so its real quick. It will choose the best mount for the best area and also let you macro out mounts if you wish. Also dismounts during battle/mining and other nice features.

Of course you can probably macro what you want, but gogomount is just too easy
