Can I do double columns with Satrina's mod?
Yep.

Little bump for assistance, is this possible with ebb?
Not to my knowledge.

Part 2 uploaded. Sorry about the larger size, I'm trying to get the best settings for rendering.

Since DebuffFilter is not working, I have been at it for the last 40 minutes trying to figure out a way to position the text under the icon (which i dont belive there is a way) so that i can eventualy filter the debuffs in such a way that it will be idential to DebuffFilter style.

Will EBB or SBB track the availability of abilities? For example, some kind of bar to show that a trinket is available to be used, or Mangle (Bear) is available, etc

I just checked in game, there isn't a way to do this. The buffs are pretty much limited to being in one vertical column with text on the left or right.

Yeah, I would try to hack the LUA but i think it would be too much work and mess up my other EBB bars.

That's pretty far out of the scope of a buff addon.

Best way to do this is with a bar addon, though it's not going to rotate your abilities in as they become available.

I can do it with Bartender and OmniCC. Create a bar with just abilities that have cooldowns and put in a high visibility area... Maybe set it to hide out of combat... I'll have to play around with it.

It does a little animation when the cooldown was up. Was just hoping there was something else out there

Again, not something that will track both abilities *and* trinkets. Actually, no wait. You could try CooldownTimers2 (there is a version 3 out there also, but it's a different author). I saw it in Xav's UI and messed around with it for a bit but I didn't like it, but it would pretty much do exactly what you're asking about. I'll track item and ability cooldowns. There's also a large Icon section with a %t is Ready! notifier. The interface of the addon was a pain in the ass to use I found, certain things didn't want to listen to me so I eventually uninstalled it. But you might have more luck with it.

Yea, trinkets was the problem before. I have been using PowerAuras, but it doesn't seem to be playing nice with 3.0.2 (and trinkets didn't work with it). I'll try cooldowntimers like you mentioned.

CooldownTimers work like a charm. It shows Item Cooldowns, which include trinkets. I also displays text that its ready (hopefully I can set it up to only display in combat...)

Here's a screenshot of it (pardon the mess, still organizing things in the UI).

Hi, first post here. Thanks alot for the tutorial. I'm putting together a UI to use in WLK and this was certainly a big help. I have one problem though. As soon as I turn off Statusbar for any of the groups, instead of counting down, it just "updates" the time left every 30 seconds.

Anyway to make it count down normally?

Thanks in advance

EDIT: Meh, I was sure I looked everywhere, still..

I found the cure! changing width to 0 and enabling Statusbar makes it count again without actually showing a status bar.

Thanks again Caulle for another how-to.

Can someone tell me if it's possible to make the long (too long in raids) row of buff icons become two or more rows instead? In raid I usually run out of screen real estate and can't see some items. If there was a way to make it wrap around and start a new row that would be cool. There probably is an option (guessing), but I can't find it.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks -

It's been mentioned in this thread, but EBB can't do it. Try Satrina's Buff Frames instead.

Just a quick question, is it possible to get the mod to show a consistent time update on buffs and debuffs, like updating every second? instead of updating the time left on the mod every ten seconds or w/e it is?
