The Debuffs that appear as progress bars to the left middle of the screen are ElkBuffBars, you can move them by going into the menu and having it show anchor for that specific group (i belive 2)
The mod that shows filtered debuffs is Debuff Filter.

Thank you very much Fame for the ZIP version. I have a question regarding PITBULL, it is very customizable, it seems you can configure almost too much . Is there any documentation on the setup or is it just trial and error?.

I am currently using Xperl, but which does about 80% of what I like. Can PITBULL have the Party targets linked on the Party member frames like Xperl. Thanks again for the UI.

I have just a few questions. For the buffbar, how do you get it to display the short name like that? I tried the abbreviations, but the best i could get was instead of saying "kings" it was "GBoK" or something like that. Does item rack work with Ace or do you have to set that up separately? I have gotten use to the Ace mod option tool now and use Fubar on the top of my screen. With outfitter I can switch my sets right from the Fubar, but that is not a huge deal I guess, but I really like the trinket bar you have there and it would be really nice to take advantage of, will probably be switching to item rack soon. Thanks again .

Ret - I have never looked into it myself, however im positive that there is an option to have the interaction lines enabled (if that is what you are refering to) I think that option comes with Pitbull however I have it disabled on the loadin, so you might want to look into it there.

Mord - go into the EBB options, Buffs Settings > BarName > BuffName > Shown Name *edit this to say what you want* ItemRack has to be setup on its own.

Nice, thank you very much. I was trying everything for the abbreviation but it was just not working, did not even think of that.

For those of you that have trouble with .rar, may I suggest 7-zip?

7-Zip

Its an all in one compression program (its free as well) and it does zip, rar, and several other compression formats, all in one neat little package. Just right click and extract.

I used to pass on mods that were in .rar format till I got that program.

Its ItemRack, you can drag certain slots out of your char sheet and place them anywhere on the screen.. thus in turn looking and working exatly like TrinketMenu.
