Just wanted to comment on Recount. I absolutely love this mod. Probably the most helpful thing is the deaths view. Getting a rundown on why someone died like that is more than helpful when you are learning new content. For example, we quickly identified a problem with the way we were doing Akil'Zon and have not had the problem since.

Other than that I am a fan of target charms I guess. Makes marking things up very quick and easy, not that it's hard to do anyway :P

- Clear warrior debuff mod

Hey all,

So a while ago I was on a hunt to find a mod that would make it easy to see if my target had been debuffed with Thunderclap & Demoralizing Shout. The catch is I want to not just see my debuffs but any other warrior's in my raid, because a higher powered shout can trump an untalented one. I also lead raids, so I don't want to filter out other debuffs/dots because I sometimes need to see what my team is doing. I gave up frustrated after spending hours trying different mods out there.

I never found a solution better than using X-perl which can be configured to increase the size of your debuffs. This works great, when there aren't other warriors in the group, but if it's someone else's demo shout for example, the smaller debuff icon can get lost in the numerous other smaller raid debuffs on the target. Which means I either hunt for it, possibly missing something important and dying or I waste rage just going ahead and casting my debuff just in case.

I read this entire thread and checked out a few of the mods listed. I'm at work so I can't really tweak and play with the two I know I haven't tried, Buffalo and Satrina's. But the former appears to no longer be maintained and the later clearly says it will only show your debuffs.

Has anyone figured out an easy way of doing this? I know I can't be the only one having this problem, please help, thanks!!!

@Drakkarin:
Yesterday I've made my UI completely new. Because of I hate it to search for Warriordebuffs, I've decided to try this Elkano Buff Bars. I've configured a new bar (named it "debuffs t" - t for target) and set tc, demo, sunder, taunt, ... and all the other debuffs in the whitelist. I placed it right next to the targetframe. If I'm set for the raid today, I will see if it works. (I really hope it!)
If it really works, I'll post it here if you want. ^^

edit:
Hm... anyone here who is knowing an addon, which can filter messages from the combatlog - such as parries from a mob and whose player's attack was parried?
Sometimes I hate our melee... at the last raid I tanked archimonde, I've searched near 5 minutes at the damned new combatlog. -.-
I could be wrong, but it seems to me that simple combatlog doesn't works since 2.4. (Maybe because of my language-pack, who knows... or I'm to dumb to found out how to configure :-D)

thats why i yell at any one in front of the mob .. any time they are ... doesn't matter if they got parried or not, bastards need to attack from behind

Does anyone know an addon that allows you to increase the maximum amount of macros you can have? Or increase the macro character limit (although not as important)?

Im using the unit frames called pitbull. There you can set em to show all debuffs, and the ones you can do yourself is representet from the start of the debuffs. So they are easy to spot, im pretty sure that also count if someone else cast em.
Reason why im not 100% is I dont have all the other classes debuffs on, only the one im using.

You should give that one a try, great unit frames. World of Warcraft Addons - WowAce.com
Just find it in the list, among all the other great addons.

i use rolltracker. it doesnt have any bells and whistles - its simply a window that will display all the rolls. it will change the color on a tie, a multiple roll is indicated (2) and rolls with paramaters are also noted (100-100).

debuff filter will do that. if you download firstblood's ui you can just take it out of there along with the config files. then add any customization you want on your end and move it where you want it to be.
