Yep, since it does a random check to see if the spell is available or usable, it works. Just try then. |

It works, but it will still cast Devastate if Revenge is up and cast Revenge when it's off CD but not available, which just wastes a lot of time.
Is there a way to make a reset function or something?

Hmm, try /castrandom reset=6 Revenge, Devastate
The macro would reset after 6 seconds. If that doesn't work, you would have to do a castsequence as normal.
/castsequence reset=6 Revenge, Devastate, Devastate, Devastate (add another one if you have a lot of haste).
Once again, I am not in game to test this. If the first one does not work, the second one will.

I am looking to make a charge macro that works like this: If i hit the macro normally it would charge my target. but if I hold control down and hit the macro it would charge my focus target. I know what needs to be in the macro I just don't know what order to put the commands in.

/cast [target=mouseover,help,nodead,stance:2] [] Vigilance
Would this work for a mouseover vigilance macro?

/cast [target=mouseover,help,nodead,stance:2] [] Vigilance
Would this work for a mouseover vigilance macro? | Works just fine.

Wondering if this would be a solution to multi target tanking (for me at least). Does this actually do what the script implies (does it work).
#showtooltip Devastate
/cast Devastate
/cast [modifier:shift][target=mouseover, exists, harm, nodead] [] devastate
Will cast devastate on the current target and will cast devastate on the mouseover target when shift is held.

Hi Guys
Just wondering if there is a macro so that you can switch back to your previous stance.
For example i have a macro to use retaliation when in Berserker, which works fine. See below.
#showtooltip retaliation
/cast battle stance
/cast retaliation
/cast berserker stance
/startattack
I was wondering if instead of using another macro to end by switching back to defensive stance. there is a macro to change back to your last stance.
I.E. just 1 macro that would switch you back to berserker if you started in zerker and defensive if you started in defensive...........hope that makes sense.
cheers

Hi
Can someone help me make this macro please?
/cast [stance:1/2] Rend; [stance:3] Battle Stance
/cast [modifier:shift, stance:1/2] Overpower; [stance:3] Battle Stance
The first one changes me to Battle Stance if I'm in Berserker stance or Defensive Stance and casts Rend. But the second one doesn't work. I'm trying to press and hold Shift to switch me to Battle Stance and use Overpower.
Thank you.

#showtooltip Bloodthirst
/cast bloodthirst
/cast slam
/stopcast
Should BT when you push it and attempt to slam and then cancel itself. this means that if the slam is not instant it will just cancel itself. however, this is risky because you may not always have enough rage to do both at the same time and can starve yourself.

| | | Help Needed To Create A Threat Macro
Hi,
I have been looking for a macro that I can use with grid which will taunt a mob which has targeted the healer.
I have been using the following macro in conjunction with the Grid addon when a threat warning is displayed:-
#showtooltip
/assist target
/cast Taunt
This macro works fine when the healer has the mob targeted but if it is not then the macro will not work.
Is there any command I can use which will target the mob which has lost aggro and is closing in on the healer regardless of whether he is targeted or not?
Thanks for your help

Hi,
Is there any command I can use which will target the mob which has lost aggro and is closing in on the healer regardless of whether he is targeted or not?
Thanks for your help | The thing is, if your enemy if peeling away why do you need it to check the target? When you have many enemies on you and healer is somehow getting ready to pass you on only one of them, there is no way to get that enemy targetted efficiently from macro commands. My solution to this has always been to utilize the mouseover command combined with a nameplate mod so I could mouseover the frame or nameplate of the enemy that is escaping then run an intervene on [mouseovertarget] then charge back to my original location immediately, then just hit my taunt once I'm back in position. make sense? You can't get that enemy targetted with any command unless you were spamming a button that cycled through your harmful targets and the condition on the action was that their target was not you. It's bulky and ineffective though the commands exist.

Hi,
I was trying to make my arms bar a little less cluttered, since i have macro's everywhere on it. But the one thing I cannot think of is a Execute/Slam macro. I would like for it to cast Execute if execute is available, and if it is not, then it would start slam instead. I was thinking there was a way to script it, but I'm not sure.
I know I used to have a mounting macro that, if I was in Krasus, it would mount me on my flyer, and if I was in Dalaran it would mount my ground mount. It did this by finding out my zone text, like it would ask for the information on the zone I was in, and if it matched "Krasus Landing" it would mount a flyer. I know now in 3.2, they changed some things and made it easier, and I just need to do "/cast [flyable] Griffon /cast [noflyable] Ram".
So I was wondering if there was anyway that I could ask for the macro to look at my buffs and if I had sudden death, it would cast execute, otherwise just start slam.
Thanks |

#showtooltip Execute
/cast Execute
/cast Slam
this will show the button for execute (will light up if able to use) and if its not availible, it will skip and cast slam. should work anyways.
i use a similar macro for pvp with execute and heroic strike, if execute is up it casts and queues hs (burst ftw), if not it just queues hs.

Need some help with a macro.
/cast Berserker Rage
/cast Last Stand
/cast Enraged Regeneration
I press the button and only the first 2 fire? I have enough rage to use Enraged Regeneration but it wont fire. The goal is to make sure Im enraged so I can use Enrage regen and have it fire after LS to get the modifier for max healing.
Any thoughts?

Berserker rage and Enraged regen are both on the GCD so you can't acro them together like that. If you want them all together in a macro like that you'd be better off using a castsequence macro. Alternatively you could use bloodrage instead of berserker as it doesn't use the GCD and also counts as an enraged effect for ER.

#showtooltip Revenge
/cast Revenge
/cast Heroic Strike
I think the HS should come 1 sec after the revenge otherwise it is on the same GCD but it if have to be after the revenge | HS, as for Cleave, is an on-next-melee-swing ability and DOES NOT trigger the GCD. This simply mean that your next auto-swing (white damage) will use one of these two abilities thus will consume rage instead of generating some more ( Formulas:Rage generation - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft).
Your macro works as:
/cast Revenge
/cast [nomod] Heroic Strike; Cleave
where you could simply press shift, control or alt if you are tanking multiple targets. You can't trigger both Cleave and HS for your next swing, only one can be used.
