2 month ago previous guild previous server in SSC.

Morogrim starting to go well, people got the strat healers are holding back there heals after the EQ.

"OK people flask up pot up use them consumables, we killing him this time."

Morogrim parried my first 2 attacks crushed me and POOF! Death on the pull. True story embarassing too. WTB Intervene!

Okay.. it's not going to work with the paladin, 20 minutes of swinging and 0 parries.

Any tank who has done Mother Shahraz will attest that the parry haste mechanic does, in fact, work for mobs.
Didn't they remove the parry mechanics from Shahraz one or two patches ago when they reworked her ?

Didn't they remove the parry mechanics from Shahraz one or two patches ago when they reworked her ?
they have plans to. plans that have not yet been implemented.

Yeah this is the stupid thing about morogrim he can be just that little bit more random ive found with a warrior tank.

On the other hand youve pointed out something I realised would be VERY useful. have the warrior tank intervene at earthquake ->murlocs phase...:> or when healers get tomed...Thanks =)

A German player set up a test and emailed me his results a little while ago. He simply had all of his melee DPS stand beside him on Gruul:

In my logs, Gruul has about 85% DPS-time rest belongs to ground-slam-thing (don't know if 85 is really correct)

taking the total fight-time of 420 seks, this leads to a meelee-time of Gruul of about 360 seks ... thanks to my guys the big fat gronnlord attacked me 234 times => 1.5 sek per attack

i think this is slightly faster than usual )
Sadly the WWS isn't up anymore. I've since timed Gruul at 2s attack speed to confirm it. I'll try to recreate the test next time we do Gruul for recruits.

I feel your pain and I've been playing on the ptr too much by starting out with Devastate :/

The sinister case of this is when you have shield block up. If, during an out of sync period where the server thinks that the mob is behind you, the combat table is recalculated without shield block and parry.
Without block, parry and dodge.

There is multiple post on this forum where you seems to consider that we can dodge from behind.
You made me doubt so I test it.
