The racial for humans was sword/mace combo giving you 10 points of Expertise and would count as 2.5% reduc to dodge/parry. But on the PTR yeah they've changed it so each hand has its on seperate racial bonus. Humans with sword MH and mace OH comes out as 5/5 instead of 10. And if one hand has something other then those types it's 5/0 or 0/5.

Hey, long time guide follower just looking for a bit of feedback on my stats. My crit is dipping a bit low for my likings so if there is anywhere that I can improve that would be excellent. We're currently working on T6 content and my ARP is 434 at this time. http://www.wowarmory.com/character-s...n=Alkalindeath
Thanks.

This is my opinion, take it for what its worth :P. Since I don't have the DST from Gruul, I don't know how great it is. If crit is what your looking for you might switch it for (which is what I'm using atm) the Hourglass or if you guys still do Leo that Tsunami from him. If your not worried about AP maybe could redo some gems to get 5str/5crit instead of straight up 8 or 10 str. Other then that maybe hit up maxdps.com for the item lists they have there and compare to your current for what you could switch around.

| | | Potency or Savagery
After reading every response in this guide, I have yet to discover the answer to this question..
Why is Savagery not mentioned anywhere in here?
What is the reasoning of Potency over Savagery?
Thank you in advance.

I was about to purchase Glad's Pummeler to get the 10 rating, as I saw with two swords I only got 5 pts, whereas with sword/mace I used to get a full 10. Looks like any racial human combo gets you 5/5 now. I assume that Expertise talents (2%) go to both hands equally, though.

Thanks. | Currently you're geared for Arms/Fury with a 2Hander, not sure if this was the spec you were interested in discussing (as this is a DW Fury thread, but all are welcome to post, of course). Regardless, I noticed you said ArP is 434 - I hope that Executioner is on one of your one-hand weapons, or else you're sort of wasting your time worrying about ArP. Without the boost from +840 procs, you're far too low to have it scale well for you. Again, not sure of your gear ...

I'm thinking he's in his PVP gear atm cause when I looked at his armory when he first posted he was in different gear with an DST and the ZA trinket.

Regarding ArP, there's something I struggled with. Is there a general consensus for a number at which one can solidly say it becomes worth it? Ala, don't stack ArP if you're stuck under 500 without Executioner, do stack if you can hit 600+ without Executioner up, don't stack if you fall below 1700 AP(random number, I admit), do stack if you stay around 30% crit unbuffed? I understand the way it scales depends widely on what debuffs are on the boss, as well as which armor class of the chart said boss falls into; I've just been toying around with different gear sets, the usual AP(Str)/Crit, haste(since Blizzard is shoving the haste plate down our throats this patch) and ArP(of which I have precious little for the time being), along with a combination Haste/ArP set.

I am a tank almost 100% of the time during raids but I also like to work on my fury gear as well. I read up on tanking theory constantly, but I don't do so much research for fury dps. Just wondering if a few T6-level fury warriors could give me some comments/tips on my gearing strategy.
armory link - The World of Warcraft Armory
(before you ask/comment - I decided to try dual executioner due to the fact that my ArP is getting so damn high... and with the enchant on both weapons its almost always up. i'd say 90% of the time.)
thx in advance

Edit: I also have the wardancer shoulders off of hydross. They are ranted a tiny bit higher for me based on maxdps.com's calculator but I decided to stick with the badge ones (again, since my ArP is constantly getting higher). Would appreciate any suggestions in this area too. I also have access to a red belt of battle.
