The only way I've been impacted by this change would happen to be via the fact Obliterate does not generate any runic power anymore. Which hoses both tanks and dps that use the ability.

Howling blast having a cooldown really changes nothing as I've been a frost dk since WotLK came out and levelled in my "tank" spec all the way to 80, so my rotation is pretty much already going on muscle memory. We ended up downing him on our third attempt which wasn't too bad, but I inevitably died on all three attempts.

1st attempt, dps somehow dropped like flies to a bad iceblock and a shadow fissure. I was able to tank the two adds up to 16 stacks which was kind of fun, however our dps was really lacking and by the time I died it was 1 dps, 2 healers, and the tank up besides me lol.

2nd attempt: Frost blast ended up getting me and the adds finished me before the healers knew what was going on.
