OK Just realized how much of a rant / problem this is. Just forewarning you ... its a long one.

So..I'm apart of a small raiding guild right now. We're a good size disband from another raiding guild that wasnt progressing far at all. ( I think they are just now hitting the first boss in SSC / TK and barely touched on Gruul and no word on Mag / other starting 25man Raids. )

We all split off because we didnt...

OMFG!! GAAAAHHH!! Pally Tanks who don t know how to gear or Spec at all!

Only thing I wanted tonight..dropped..Pally Tank got it cause I missed on a roll. >.< Rolled a 2 vs his 67.

[item]King's Defender[/item] ... Sucha Pally Weapon right?

And Puts Mongoose on it. O_o...He had [item]Honor's Call[/item] and I have [item]Fireguard[/item] with +20 Agi as I didnt want to get the mats for Mongoose and waste them on a wep I'm just gonna end up upgrading...
