Grr Face Gear Baseline

Ok, so I am now looking through my gear and looking for easy things to upgrade.
My requirements here are basically that the gear I get is on the DPS Spreadsheet, is obtainable through gold (ie crafted, or vendor) and .. well thats really it.
Severely limits my options but I gotta start somewhere and some of my stuff is THAT bad.
So... here we go. (keep in mind this is just gear, I will baseline my gems and enchants after I get my baseline gear sorted out)
Head:[OK]
Neck:[OK]
Shoulders:[OK]
Back:[OK]
Chest:[BAD] Oh boy. Our first "WTF" moment. Upgrade: Yes I know it has Def, but it has a lot of expertise and based on the SEP provided here on the forums, scores highest out of what I can obtain easily.
Bracers:[OK]
Gloves:[OK]
Belt:[OK]
Legs:[OK] YAY! something to be happy about finally!. Gems suck, but we will get to that.
Ring1:[OK]
Ring2:[BAD] Neither this or the other ring I have are baseline. This is the only valid option. Will take me a bit to farm the mats.
Trinket1:[BAD] uh yeah. Not much I can do with this or the one below without drops or faction. Working on it.
Trinket2:[BAD] see above
MH:[OK]
OH:[OK]
Ranged:[OK]
So there we have it. Immediate needs are New Chest, Crafted Ring, Trinkets and Weapons.
I am farming mats for titansteel every day (and using my CD everytime it is up), so we will see what we can get done.
In the mean time, will be running heroics for upgrades and badges.
