Well the following was wrote pre-news, but alas I didn't post it...
The dual-spec feature that Blizzard has hinted towards has some exciting possibilities. In particular, the idea of allowing you to spec twice and keep 2 specs which you can freely switch between at any time as long as you are out of combat and not in the arena or battlegrounds. This would allow even greater flexibility for raid environments as a raid could quickly go from 7 healers to 10 and back to 7 within seconds. It'd
