I'm starting to feel good about myself again. I've started running again, and am enforcing it, it feels good to get out and do something physical. Though I would like to do somehting more aggressive, like a contact sport, but hey, start small and keep it up, that's what I'm trying to do now. I've got big plans for this, once I get a running routine established real good like, I'll start working in some muscle toning, and evolve it from there. Mmm it's good.

I've also started eating healthier as well, eating more yoghurts, more juice and trying to keep my portion sizes down. I try not to snack at all, and eat meals instead of crap. I try to only eat when I'm hungry, and it was hard at first but that seems to be getting easier. I've been noticing that if I stay around things that are tempting me to eat them/drink them or what have you, the probability of eating them shoots up like crazy, so I now just get out of there as soon as I can.

I looked at the thread on Vitality on the Off-topic board here on Tankspot and I've been following some of the things suggested, getting up from the computer every 20 minutes to look across the fields into the distance for a minute or two or three. It's actually been great, my eyes are less tired than they were and I like looking outside, there's cows and such, not the most beautiful thing ever I will admit.
Also been fixing my posture and trying to sit up straight in my chair, also boosted it up so it supported my arms more. Een addition to zees I'm walking around and doing various things every hour, to keep muh legs from gettin' teh atrophiez or what have you.

In WoW I've been up to little and a lot, I seem to be a popular member of my guild and a well regarded tank Which is good! I feel guilty when I can't tank though, like I'm letting them down a bit, though they're very understanding.

I wish my guild were more organised. We're a casual raiding guild, and it can get annoying sometimes. They obviously want to progress and down more bosses but I'm not even sure if we have regular raid days, or whether it's just whenever the gm puts it up that we do them. Sign ups are sloppy, even I don't really use it, mainly because I never know whether I'm going to be able to attend said raids. The raid thigns on the calenders only ever say the start time, I'm never sure when the raid actually ends. The members are unorganised and unprepared, They don't know the tacts, they have to be explained, they never EVER ave there own buff food, I ALWAYS have to use a fish feast after EVERY single wipe because no one has anything else. I think me and one of the officers alts are the only one with high level cooking, and that alt dosen't have any of the big recipies I think. I don't know if anyone else even has high level fishing. No one has flasks or elixirs apart from me and sometimes the other tanks, and one of the healers. It was okay in Naxx 10, but in Ulduar they bloody need to bring some game.

Once, we tried to put together a naxx 25 run, we didn't have enough people to fill it out, so we pugged, we cleared the quarters, sans Construct. There were a lot of mistakes and it took a long time, but hey it's a learning experience. They should have learned that we both need more people and we need more practise at this place, and a more stable bloody vent channel, always get tons of lag on it, at least I do. They did not think as much, a run was never tried to be organised again, but I want to do them, I want to see some other instances instead of just Naxx 10 and Ulduar 10, how about some recruiting?

Oh god and recruiting, it's done terribly, if someone wants to join, they can pretty much join, there's a website but NO ONE uses it, and I don't think there's even an application forum just this thing which dosen't work, I know because I was trying to apply to it using it and it didn't work. I wish we could make some proper forums, spread some knowledge, make a raid sign up system on it instead of using the in built Blizz one, put up some recruitment posts, what we need and a template you need to fill out instead of just inviting en masse and ending up with a pack of fucking idiots who can't even talk coherently and run around like headless chickens absorbing loot.

In spite of this there are people in the guild(mainly just the leadership) that I like and get on with well, I wish they'd sort it out.

Edit: This turned into more of a rant than I intended.

yay on the health boost. It's worth it, keep it up mate! I drink tons of water while raiding and it helps a lot. If only I could run a bit more and stay of the crisps I'd be fine!

Good luck with the guild stuff. By the looks of things that's exactly like how I was organised in classic...

Rants are fine, that's what a blog is for.

Stupid as it sounds, I've started messing around with a Bowflex for half an hour. Granted I don't look like the video, but I do feel more energy and better about myself.

Good luck with the guild, hopefully they'll get it sorted.
