Finally god damn it!!!!!
So, today was pretty average, doing some dailys, finishing up some farming, getting Friendly with Netherwing after almost a year of being neutral lol.
Then i was kinda hanging out in org when a friend tells me "hey, do you have a 2's?"... then everything went down hill from there. We decided to give Rogue/Warrior a try, since i wasn't doing anything and i said: "WTH, why not...". He's on almost full vengeful (thrown missing i think) and i'm in 3/5 Venge, 2/5 Merciless. After some adjusting to the gamestyle (also, respec'ing from 33/28 PvE to 36/25 PvP) we started the arena.
After maybe 2 hours of doing arenas, we got my 2's rating from 1711 to 1867, and i can't even begin to explain the adrenaline rush i'm feeling right now... I feel awesome. Our basic strat was to kill someone, and cc the other one, and it went Smooooooooooth... fearing the healer without trinket while raping the rogue (Hemo+BF = z0mg melee!) or the other target.
So i can finally buy my freaking S3 sword before the S4 starts, hopefully, and i can finally start raping people decently

| |  Talk to me some more. Your gear/spec/strat. I'm starting a 2v2 with a Rogue buddy and I'm trying to figure out the best strat. Generally, if it's healer/dps, we win, cause we've yet to fight a healer that can heal through our dmg. But Mages are giving us a hard time, along with hunter/hunter and War/Pally. |

| | Pallys fucked us up all because of bop, but we managed to win some games against pallys. My spec is 36/25 (read kaz's guide to arenas and you'll see it) and the first thing we did was calling the target, i usually hid or stayed back until we saw what combo we got. Then called it and beat the living shit out of the target. With BF+Hemo, we usually took our FF target really easy while CC'ing the other one (Sap, Blind, Int shout, intercept stun, pummel, etc). Though, i gotta say, having an experienced full S3 rogue with DW S3 swords did help a little, it was mostly luck for us. Amazingly we took down 4 out of 5 druid/warrior combos and 2 out of 4 SPriest/Lock combos |

| | Well, for SP/Lock you have DeathWish and Cloak, but I can see how Druid/War could be a problem, especially if it's a good druid. |

| | The main problem with SP/Lock was that they... well... dot'ed my ass and before i knew it, i was in 20% and when i looked at my bar, i get SB/SW crits... and it actually feels like i was just kicked in the nuts... Druid/Warrior if you get the druid when stealthed, you get the upper hand, and they usually start to fuck up and then it's mostly gg. |
