I started off by researching how to build animal head/masks... by browsing fursuiter sites. This was not as disturbing as it should have been, but I have seen them before so I'm somewhat desensitised. It also helps to turn one's brain into 'neutral' before approaching that kind of site.. and they are generally very, very good if you're interested in making such things.

At the Burning Crusade launch, Blizzard announced around a week beforehand that they would be having opening ceremony at HMV Oxford Street. They also announced a 'costume contest' of sorts, where people who showed up in costume got in first and got the chance to get their hands on collectors editions. I was gutted that I didn't have time to make a costume.

I will not be caught short this time, IF and WHEN they announce a similar deal. Oh no.
