Sigh.

So tonight we go back in to Gruul and hopefully get a few shots at Lurker too. Again. And I hope we get him down tonight, but it would have been nice if we'd done it Sunday, or at least taken a few more shots at him Sunday. Tonight now, we'll be a bit more rusty see. Not that I dislike my new [item]Jungle Stompers[/item] in any way, so I guess there was a silver lining.

There's pressure on tonight though, because I'm all screwed up for three out of the next four raids; moving, business trips, painting, demolition, all sorts of crap getting in the way of both wow and work. So if we don't kill him tonight, the guild will either languish (and we'll probably need a recruiting drive again after three screwed up raids) or our proud tankadin, Treachery get the pleasure of killing him first in my absense. And, well, there are no bosses that I didn't MT on the first kill yet, and I don't want that to change any time soon - though I do want him dead, and I'd be pleased as punch for Treach if he did MT the first kill. Just jealous too is all.

Anyway, wish me luck again, on the Lurker, again. We have our strats all figured out for the crack boss, and for the Lurker, so it should all be fine.

Funny about that crack boss. It really did nearly wipe us our first time in - killed close to ten people. Left us all standing on the bridge wondering just what the hell was going on. Raid leader nearly blew a gasket - but it was so surreal that he was more confused "maybe it's a bug..." than mad. At least I was the first MT to kill the crack boss. I suppose that counts for something. Though I guess it was more of a reset and bypass...

Stupid Lurker. You'd think we could kill a giant 25 man fish that hits like a 10 man robot.
