16 attempts, no kills.

OK the four wings of Naxx were pretty much a week each for this little league guild, raiding three nights a week. We were killing pretty well a new boss every night, and not slipping either cruising through stuff with no problem. Grobbulus seemed to trip us up for a little bit, but nothing like this.

Sapphiron!

Ah well, I'm sure we'll get her next time. So far though, our strategy seems to be "swap in a fourth healer".

The tanking wasn't too hard, though the more WWS I read the more stupid death to blizzard, death to frost bomb I see and know I need to look out for.

I can tell you right now from that WWS that your raids dps is _very_ low. I'd recomend that you have atleast 1500+ dps on all of your dps before going into naxx. This isnt to hard to hit but it will shorten bossfights, and make the fights so much easier for the tank and healers, enrage timers suck. Aside from that movement is key in the sapp fight. What we do is have the healers form a semi-circle on the south end of the room (where you walk in) around sapp, and as soon as she takes off everyone runs to the healers / ranged and gets behind an iceblock as quickly as possiblle. (if you tank her facing west she turns east and then takes off, it gives you a couple extra seconds to run). Those few tips can make this a lot easier. Best of luck.

Did you go into sapp with 4 healers? or was one of your dps doing nothing?
cause you have a shaman, priest, paladin and a druid at or below 1%.. which is way over kill. 3 healers is all you need for 10naxx, my guild is starting to 2 heal it so we can get a few more groups going cause we have plenty of spare tanks/dps but no healers.

we normally raid with 3 healers. we found people were dying, so we swapped our OT pld to a healing spec. this enhanced our viability greatly.

our dps has not been an issue at all; though sure, we're getting to the tougher fights.

thing is we're not dying to enrage timers, and percentage wise we forecast that even with our "very low" dps and our fourth healer, we will still beat the enrage timer... so, while i see what you're saying i'm not worried about it much frankly.

the positioning notes however are fantastic. "don't stand in the fire" style mistakes (not making the ice block) were definitely kicking our ass, stupidly.

do you have your DPS all be on the left or all on the right? or do you have half on each side?

I can see benefits either way.....
