Mocking Blow?

So Mocking Blow has gotten some love in WotLK. There is a glyph that makes it like a taunt; there is another glyph that makes it do 25% more damage - it now does weapon damage, still forces the boss to focus on you, and can be used in defensive stance.
Wow.
It went from a barely used "oh noes, taunt is down and that trash mob will eet my preest" talent to something you have to really think about. I've put it back on my talent bar.
But ... it still does not do mega damage. Most tanks will be swinging 1.6ish speed weapons; so at the end of the day an "instant" attack, even one with a 25% damage buff, isn't that great from a threat perspective. Most bosses will be immune to the glyph'ed taunt effect, so it just becomes a threat rotation item - and it's just not as cool as say the new concussion blow at (.75*ap).
It still has the benefit of not being nerfed by a silence however. So, it has become "situational" again?

| | I'm levelling a third warrior, Mocking Blow is amazing. It's an instant attack you get at 12? 14? Something like that, but its the equivalent of having a mini-MS if using a 2h. Not even thinking about the tanking implications  |
