Things you love about your guild?

Everyone whines and is negative, what about the good things?
Here are some for my guild:
- The Raid Leader - he tries really hard to make things work and is a nice guy
- Lack of fussy rules - you can swear, insult people, etc. Some people wouldn't like this, but I do.
- Great DKP system - zero sum dkp with fixed price (and discounts for offspec etc) - solid, easy, hard to cheat
- Helpful people - usually someone willing to do whatever wacky thing you feel like (ZG fish boss!)
