"How can you be a protection warrior at level one?" I hear you all asking. It's a matter of heart. Of drive. Of the mentality of a protection warrior.

Leveling from 1-70 while protection specced was a pain, but it allowed me to practice my tanking skills on the way to 70. I tanked everything from VC to Gnomer to BRD, on up through all of the Burning Crusade instances as I leveled through them. And now I find myself the warrior tank in my small guild of friends who is the best geared, and is one of the go-to guys when we do our ZA attempts.

Being prot at heart has its advantages.

The macros I still use from my previous post (linked...

The stopwatch feature is not what I'd hoped. What I wanted:
  • Multiple Stopwatches
  • The potential to label your stopwatches
  • Automatically start stopwatches on initiation
What we got: A single, generic stopwatch that does not automatically start when you call /sw (or /stopwatch or /timer), unless you've previously used that command, and manually started the watch.

I'm not really surprised that the stopwatch feature isn't everything I wanted, because I had some pretty high expectations....

Macros!

I. Love. Macros. I do. They're great. Sometimes, when my computer isn't available, my girlfriend will tell me that I can play on her computer. My usual response is "But... my macros!"

This may have something to do with my profession as a programmer. In fact, I'm certain it does. Making little scripts that do cool things is a hobby of mine, and macros fit nicely in to that hobby. Anyway, I'd like to share some of my macros with you. The useful ones, at least. Or, the ones that...
