Gruul Down!

Gruul: 4 tries
We had some trouble on the HKM pull (go figure, our first time in). But once we got it, we were solid. We're generally very good at burning stuff down, and that helped a lot. There were a few people who were undergeared, but the overgearedness of other people made up for it.
Our first Gruul pull, we got him to 20%. Second pull, not so much... somebody accidentally pulled. Third pull, around 20%. Fourth pull, we got him with most of the raid dead. It was great. Honestly, I was feeling a little rage starved at some points during the Gruul fight.
We rocked it hard.
Here are some pics: The first one, we didn't get the screen cap before the corpse faded, so we took a pic of the horns. I'll post loot and such later.

I can see us getting together one or two more of them, but probably not more than one every couple months (so, maybe three before the expansion, if that many). Maybe we'll attempt Mags... I'd like to kill him, after him bitching and moaning throughout Hellfire Citadel. |
