About 2 months ago I took a break from wow. I'm still on that break but last night I logged on to say hi to people. Within 5 min of logging on i was not only swamped by tells, but got invited to an old friends guild.
They asked me if I wanted to do a quick heroic run with them, Its been 2 months since i tanked so i told them i would come as a dps. Being away for so long I didn't want to fail at tanking, pride at stake and all that.
So we get the group together and guess what happens, They make me the tank, guess I had that coming.
So off we go to UP, an instance that for some reason I used to hate tanking. Surprisingly things just went well. For starters I fell right back into tanking and did a great job, didnt loose a single mob the whole run. No wipes, 2 deaths to the whirlwind ice britches throws around but other than that perfect run.
Just one of those runs that makes me want to come back to the game. probably going to come back for 3.2.
