In less than 40 hours I will be on my way home from my local EB store with my midnight launch copy of Wrath. I'm not looking forward to standing outside at the strip mall in 0C (32F) degree weather, but this is why Canadians invented toques. And there's a Tim Horton's 100 feet away from the EB. Score.

So yesterday I wrapped up my Burning Crusade Raiding experience. I've been playing since the release of BC and raiding for almost a year but due to bad choices, real life and other circumstances I was stuck in kara and never stepped foot in t5 untill July-time. And even that guild fell apart around September after just starting Hyjal.

My entire goal for BC was killing Kael, Vashj, and Illidian. I played WC3 so I understand the lore of the charecters and their importance in the world...

Yesterday saw me leading what is likely to be the very last raid of the burning crusade for the people I raid with. It was nothing really fancy - it was good old (and by now boring, but hey) Zul'Aman again. No spoilers there… Of course I didn't get the headpiece - and I doubt I ever will. But that doesn't even matter much. Thinking off this as the last TBC raid made me so completely nostalgic.

For someone who's never run any 25 mans, Tanking Kael during phase 4 & 5 was something truely truely epic.
The cake toper: this was all done in guild. My baby 10 man guild has matured into a full 25 man beast.
