By the time TBC was rolling around I'd had a lot more practice and was a bit more knowledgeable about my class. It's ironic that my first blog on a tanking website comes after I've pretty much had to give up tanking due to some real life concerns. I used to be that person that never missed a raid, and now that I'm not doing it, I have discovered something that surprises me to no end. I don't really miss it very much.

As this is my very first post on Tankspot.com, I'll quickly introduce myself. My name is Dranchor the Enduring, I'm a Tauren Warrior on The Venture Co. (EU). Since the day I first tanked an instance I've never stopped doing so. Currently, I'm a tank of the guild Resurrection. We've progressed up until Azgalor and Shade of Akama, but I have only been in Serpentshrine Caverns and Tempest Keep. My favourite dish is fried Gnome Mage. So far, so good.
