Consequences for Account: Account suspended for 4 hours

Suspended for 4 hours for trying to buy my items before going to karazhan...need I say more.

I will say more, the GM macrod me faster than i could respond. Low fps and authentication boxes saying 'DO YOU REALLY WANT THIS ITEM?' meant that it took me a while to get things done with my 269 badges of justice...

I want an apology from blizz for ruining my evening after trying to get 3 items and while it may have taken me longer than necessary blizzard dealt with their mistakes by acting against the players instead of doing as they did on the arena realms..

Im 'guildless' pretty close to rock bottom and have assignments and stuff to do and then you get suspended true its only 4 hours...

Funny enough I said on vent 'I bet if I go to buy my gear I bet i get suspended...' jeeesh how right i was..

Er... my server has not built the anvil up quite yet, so forgive me if I ask this, but why would buying items get you suspended? Does the confirmation dialog lock the vendor?

No the server I am on silvermoon -eu is massively overpopulated on alliance.

We have no less than 16~ guilds farming black temple

We got suspended for 'crowding the badge vendor' ofc with EVERYONE on the isle it was laggy..However I had just been invited to karazhan and i was staying away from the vendor but I thought 'ok i'll go pick up my stuff now'...

bamn GM whispers and kicked from client...

so I really want to know if im not allowed to use the badge vendor why spawn it? -.-

Wow.. is there a lower pop server you can go to? I've never heard of such a thing happening.

Write to the customer service or the GM feedback.
It's not your fault if people is retarded and was harrasing other players like you, neither it's your fault if they put Isle of Quel'danas on a ZX Spectrum machine.

It's Blizzard's own fault for not putting Smith Hauthaa—and every other NPC in this damn game—on platforms that would allow players access to the NPC without crowding it and being unable to click on them.

I mean, sure, you still have lag from 500 people trying to buy an item, but I just don't understand why they put the initial 3 NPCs in the Shattered Sun City on a small dias but no others?

P.S. Inc Smith Lauthaa, Hauthaa's sister. "Hi, I'm here to help my sister sell items of gratuitous power for bargain-basement prices! "


Ah if only right lol


Edit: is there a script command to activate an NPC's dialogue option i.e. when a vendor has extra stuff to say and/or quests is there some way to access the goods without having to right click on it?

Enable friendly name plates, right click the nameplate and u'll be fine.

All I gotta say, is AQ40 much Blizz?

For those who don't know what I'm talking about, just next to C'Thuns room there are 3 NPC's where you can turn your Armaments in for the epic items. There was a barrier around the NPC so it was impossible to stand on them. Blizz should have done the same for this NPC so regardless of crowding everyone would be able to click the NPC.

Sorry to hear they banned you for this. I didn't hear of any bannings on my server. They were just porting them to the middle of Desolace.
