I ditched the pally
I really can't explain why but i've rerolled warrior despite having a really bad name...
If this seems sudden it isn't I did post about my warrior alot earlier: http://www.tankspot.com/forums/blogs...ng-better.html
My quick point of view is that paladins lack interactivity and 'fun' talents.
My guess is most people will read that and think im mad in the head and just have no idea so i'll agree with them I am mad in the head.
After playing prot in 3.02 on my warrior tanking was never an option on my paladin and after the ret sudden nerfs (and 4 hot fixes) I decided that I wasn't in for a random ride again.
As pointed out too me ret got hotfixed too nerf its abillity in pvp (Due to public outcry which blizz won't admit) while prot spent along period in TBC having 0 avoidance while casting instant spells...
Warrior tanking is very fun and hopefully paladins get brought up too the same level but for me im really enjoying my warrior enough too sadly say good bye too Nicki...
It is really the play style that got me hooked not the nerfs they were only a contributing factor about being misslead.
Farewell Nicki

| | I hear you. Poor Iseault (paladin alt) has been stuck at level 42 for months now because it was boring to tears to play the paladin. I was looking forward to the changes in 3.0 to dust her off and finish levelling, but I was sorely disappointed at how little has changed, relatively. I did make it to 43 though! I'm sure it's a bit better at 70, but I find it hard to drum up the gumption to get out there and seal-judge ad infinitum. |

| | I will say the judgement nerfs have made me think about it more. Levelling in Beta I only really used HotR and Judgement as the rest were mana hogs and unless I was AoE grinding (I prefer quests), my mana intake was low. The judgment changes will make levelling quite a bit more painful for me. However, I did level prot from the get go (well before the dreaded 1.9 patch even), so I should be used to it by now lol. I think overall I will probably stick with it, but the changes to judgments and how they affect my personal style of levelling have made me rethink it quite a bit more now. |

| | I've had a prot paladin stuck at 63 or 64 for a couple of months now. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but it's just not fun at all - it takes forever to kill things, and I'm always out of mana (even with Blessing of Wisdom and such). I don't know why I can't get behind the pally, but I don't want to give up on it now, because I've come so far with it. |

| | Mana issues are a very small portion of a bigger pie... I hope for those who are die-hard paladins that the 11 point talent sparks up the tree! pitty its implied to give ret some help :s |

| | huh I didn't know I was in such company - shame isn't it? I've always liked the idea of the Shield combatant, and the Pally seemed to be the one. However there's just so much more to do, going on, and smart synergies for the Prot Warrior now, frankly my Prot Pally may be in danger of taking a [permanent?] back seat. Utilities, mobility, options... that's spurned on the return to my warrior [and the blog I started here today]. |
