Vezzax, He drops my BiS EH helm and none of the other plate tanks want it, but can we down Vezzax?
It's frustrating because a) I hate DPS'ing and in all fairness a Warrior tankisnt the greatest choice for the General and b) because if our DPS would just frigging try, I'd have at least one of the tank drops I need.
I love my guild beleive me, but im not paying this much money a month to be frustrated 3 hours a night, so i'm quite seriously considering a change of scenery, I'm giving them this week, if I don't see any improvement, I may consider going guildless for a bit, I love raiding, I love tanking more, but its getting to the point where im just plain not having fun anymore.
Oh well resets soon, then i can pug naxx again

Well. If you love your guild and you really like playing with these people i would tell you to have patience. If you wait your turn and show the guild that you are a good and capable tank, you will get your shot. If it doesn't look like you are going to get your shot, consider brining it up with your raidleader/officer, if they understand that you are getting really frustrated at not tanking they may be more understanding.
If you really feel you can't wait and you feel like you need to tank now, then maybe leaving the guild is a good idea.

- I wouldn't sweat the BiS EH set - once you have 4 piece conqueror I bet you find you stick with it most of the time. That Magic reduction is just so nice.

- Work with people. When you wipe, there are a few things you have to do...
- What went wrong? (A player death, somebody taking too much damage, healers not healing)
- Why? (Here you learn the problem)
- Solution to the problem
Repeat this every wipe. If problems that you found solutions to keep appearing, somebody is sucking and you should make them do a more menial job.Posted 07-21-2009 at 07:18 AM by Ferag - Ferag... most raiding guilds don't wipe and say, "I think we did it right, again?"
