Ahh, summer time when the affliction of real life lures people away from their headsets and from progression raids. I have no insights on tanking Archimonde, only into the trash mobs.

I used Free Action Potions before every Abomination and with the spawns of Azgalor. It seemed to work well. However, does Blessing of Freedom reduces threat? I had placed it on myself while tanking a demon that spawns when a player dies from a debuff and it went to whack on the tauren. I wanted to save the tauren! I did! I probably need to change my Righteous Defense macro; it doesn't...

It's always fun when the raid leaders goof off, especially in a new instance that hasn't been dissected to death. The atmosphere is relaxed, we discover new things (Hey, Mortal Strike Warrior + Imp Aggro = Instant Death for Tank!), hunter hijinks (attempting a misdirection with no bullets because you have no more epic bullets = a hilarious death), the joy of running out of the instance...
