Sayonara Warsong

So the server I started my WoW days oh so long ago in 2004, I bid you farewell. Off to Auchindoun, a smaller but much more populace-balanced home.
Warsong was a server on release that was one of the few EST PvP servers. I joined a guild on day one, helping some people who came from Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne, and ended up with them for two years before joining another guild that I was in all the way thru today, even through a restructuring.
Feels like moving to a new apartment :P Have to get to know the locals all over again. But man is it refreshing. Warsong somehow became the mecca for Brazilian WoW players. While I don't hold any grudges against the BR population, I dunno why they chose Warsong. Over time, the server became overrun with BR players, and english speaking players became a minority and cast out. So hard to PUG or recruit people if they cannot communicate clearly :\ Not to mention the 3:1 horde:alliance ratio.
I just hope everyone made it before transfers closed. I actaully don't play that much these days due to RL stuff, but when I'm on, it is sort of refreshing to see trade chat and be able to, you know, understand what they are saying
