So there I am, at Illhoof's door... and one of my dps and one healer leave group.
I understand the dps'er had to go, but the healer... a very good healer too, was having computer issues. Waiting for 1 hour while all the issues were resolved took a lot of my timing. Yet I held Illhoof in place during the 3 wipes. The adds and the chains did us in.
In a way it was very educational. I have never been to Illhoof before, so I learn a couple of valuable lessons:
1. Bring some AoE damage.
2. Assign 2 dps to chains. if one of them is chained, have a back up.
3. DPS those adds to kingdom come.
Other than that it was a good run. Kara has been glitching for us... we pulled the whole audience at Opera when Julienne dies and the shades after the big round room in the tower multiplied from 4 to 25.
Lets see how it goes tonight after the reset and server maintenance.

| | But... but... the audience was trying to give you a standing ovation for killing that annoyingly noisy masochistic bitch! j/k That aside, we also glitched the shades. One shade showed up on a ramp and we go "KEEEEL IT!" Then everything else came and beat us into a fine red paste on the floor. |

| | I would suggest you dont have 2 dps on chains, everyone makes a /tar demonic chains macro and the second someone is in chains you blast them. The longer they are in chains the more Illhoof heals, I doubt the 3dps on illhoof can do more damage than the chains are healing. |

| | Yep, Have all DPS gp for the chains as soon as they are up. And at least on lock just constantly spamming seed of corruption on the imp's is always goof |

| | with strat changes people mentioned you will one shot Illhoof next time. remember ALL dps on the chains (must have macro) Have a warlock spam seeds of corruption on the imps All ranged stack on the warlock away from illhoof Tank Illhoof close to where chains spawn so melee doesnt have to run. Have an OT pick up kilreck and have one ranged dps help nuke it down. Pop cooldowns once kilrek is dead. and finally pallys and mages can bubble/iceblock out of chains. |

| | If you cant manage a Warlock, 2 dps Warriors (preferably Fury, but Prot will work fine) can manage the Imps with no problem, without ever dropping Ilhoof as their target (except to kill Chains)! Not to many encounters where we get to spam Cleave instead of Heroic Strike. |

| | Thanks for the strategy comments. They will be very helpful. The Turesday patch send my computer into a horrible spin and had to reinstall WoW/TBC/2.4. Awful time... and of course I missed the raid. But since there was no MT, it was called. Feels good being that important. |
