Remember the positive attitude

On my last post, everything had taken a turn for the worse - and even Vene was bonking me on the noggin, for having an overly negative attitude.

This lockout, I started with a positive attitude, and even though we had some wipes, my positive attittude somehow affected the raid as a whole.

People were on time, we downed the first 4 bosses, only problems was on ignis (new MT) - however he got down, and everything was good.

After that we had two wipes on Iron council, it was getting late so i decided to call it so we could start fresh on them sunday.

Remember that, raid and guild leaders. Bring the positive attitude, make some fun - for most guilds, this will motivate players a great deal.

However, you have to be prepared. Unicorns, world peace and happiness wont down a boss alone.

And remember Al Pacino's speech in "Any given sunday".

You find out that life is just a game of inches.
So is football.
Because in either game,
life or football,
the margin for error is so small.
I mean,
one half step too late or to early,
you don't quite make it.
One half second too slow or too fast,
and you don't quite catch it.
The inches we need are everywhere around us.
They are in ever break of the game
every minute, every second.
