Heroic Ramparts, Multisuck not Multitank.

yeah so yesterday I tried this heroic with not one but two different groups and failed both times at the circle room after the first boss and that annoying Ramp LOS pull, I just cant get enough aggro quick enough to keep stuff on me and it immediately runs to my healer and that ended before it even began...
I worked on some macros to help assist me (nothing yucky just a tab replacement with a shorter range and a few like that)
We will see how my next try goes, also I need only 2 more badges to replace that horrifying blue shield you can see in my armory setup with a spankin new badge shield!

I just shoot one an los pull around the corner have ur ppl kinda at the bottom. When I get them all around the corner I Demo shout, Tc, and then challenging shout. I start tab targeting an when needed I blow a fear. Keep up spell reflect to help with aggro. Also pull them down about middle way on the ramp an have priest and or warlock fear. Its a decent pull but they are all casters except for the one, so they go down pretty quickly. Keep on the move, an keep demo an TC going.Posted 04-07-2008 at 08:22 AM by Karaja
- A trick I have used there and also in the nasty pull in Shattered Halls is have a frost mage freeze them all in place, gives you an extra couple seconds to cc/mark/whatever to figure out who has what.Posted 04-07-2008 at 10:37 AM by Tatt

The most basic way to handle this -> Thunderclap, Demo Shout, Shield Slam your primary target... and repeat forever.Posted 04-07-2008 at 12:11 PM by veneretio - is cleave a no no due to its next attack status?
Also to Karaja, I think your talking about the pull I mentioned mid way through, while it was messy we cleared that with out death, its the 3 way pull afterwards.Posted 04-07-2008 at 10:54 PM by Krynis -
Cleave is a no no because it's too expensive ragewise for what it does in most situations.Posted 04-08-2008 at 01:51 AM by Alent - I've found I use it for the same thing I use Heroic Strike for when I'm multi tanking, its a good rage burn that does not interrupt your rotation.Posted 04-09-2008 at 12:45 AM by Krynis
