Drama - You Suck.

I don't think I'm alone in having a low drama tolerance.
I can put up with people being idiots.
I can put up with people yelling in vent.
The only thing which makes me call raids - bar time being up - is drama.
Finding out that a solid DPS'er isn't coming because he didn't get invites last night is annoying. Especially as he wasn't on his main and I had no way of knowing that he was on an alt.
Finding out that my GL'er refuses to be partied with another DPS is more so.
Having four people [out of 8 in the raid] pst'ing me with drama type issues is simply unacceptable.
QQ moar, I cbf ORGANIZING a raid for people who want to be childish.
Hopefully people learn that I have -zero- tolerance sooner rather than later and sort their own shit out rather than expecting me to sort their stuff out.

- Problem about drama queens is they'll prolly piss and moan about you not fixing their problem. Those kinds of people just want their egos massaged and for others to take their side. They'll QQ to any one that doesn't put them on /ignore until they feel better about themselves.
