I don't think I'm alone in having a low drama tolerance.

I can put up with people being idiots.
I can put up with people yelling in vent.
The only thing which makes me call raids - bar time being up - is drama.

Finding out that a solid DPS'er isn't coming because he didn't get invites last night is annoying. Especially as he wasn't on his main and I had no way of knowing that he was on an alt.

Finding out that my GL'er refuses to be partied...

Guild failed to do an Ulduar10 tonight, because of a lack of a second tank. I am rather annoyed.

If there are any tanks on Dreadmaul who're interested in a raiding guild, chuck me a PM either here or in game.

I'm in a bit of a bind, and I'm not sure how to resolve it. I think setting the scene is important, so I'll do that first.

My guild's quite new. We formed up at the beginning of May and have done ~3weeks of Ulduar making significant progress each week. Most recently, we got Hodir to 50% and I expect that we'll 2-3 shot him this week.

My raiders are solid. We're mostly two groups of RL friends plus some extras to fill the gaps. Everyone gets along pretty well [except...

A lot's changed since I last Blogged.

I left my old guild to start a new one with a RL friend.
Gone from 1/14 to 7/14 [with a goodly amount of work done on Hodir] in 3 weeks.
Finally got recruitment [as of yesterday] to a point where we're going to be able to run Ulduar without PuGs.
Got a fair few upgrades over all my slots. Notably http://www.wowhead.com/?item=46174 and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45112 today.

I'm feeling good about everything...
